Thin Crust Pizza ๐Ÿ˜

Preheat oven to 500 F/250 C. Melt vegan butter in a sauce pan, then whisk in tapioca flour and oat milk, nutritional yeast, vinegar, garlic powder and salt. Bring to a simmer, and keep stirring until you have a gooey, bubbly cheese sauce.

In a non stick skillet, caramelize pear slices from both sides, and set aside.In the same pan, sautรฉ butternut pieces until fork tender. Add spinach to the hot pan, and stir until wilted. Season both with a pinch of salt, and set aside.

Fry sage with a drizzle of olive oil for 1-2 minutes until crispy.

Roll out pizza dough to desired shape and thicknesses, top generously with cheese sauce, caramelized pear, butternut, spinach and chopped pecans or walnuts.

Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden.Top with fried sage, and enjoy!
